Pursuing A lifelong Dream

A serial entrepreneur with decades of experience in the restaurant industry, John Pearce has long cultivated a passion for food and wine. After meeting renowned winemaker, Michael Scorsone, in 2019, a strong friendship formed based on their shared love of wine. Over the course of their many conversations, John shared his dreams of launching his own winery.

    A passionate and driven serial entrepreneur, John believes that with hard work and a thirst for knowledge comes not only exceptional success but great personal fulfillment. His passion for wine took the stage as he created countless wine lists for restaurants and participated in hundreds of wine tastings, always eager to learn as much as he could.

  • Michael Scorsone, Winemaker

    It was at the Culinary Institute of America when he was introduced to and fell in love with wine. Michael began his wine journey at Neyers Vineyards, and held dozens of positions at prestigious entities in the wine world before joining the the team. Michael produced a wide variety of highly rated and award winning wines from grapes grown all over Sonoma and Napa, including Cabernet Sauvignon from the Beckstoffer Vineyards.
