The Carpe Vinum Mixed Bundle is a curated tasting across our most expressive bottlings—each one crafted with intention, purity, and place in mind. This collection brings together two coastal whites and two mountain-grown reds, revealing the full arc of what makes this vintage so distinctive: clarity, depth, and unmistakable character.

The Bohan Chardonnay, grown high in Sonoma’s rugged coastal hills, offers old-world elegance with layered minerality and barrel-fermented polish. The Star Springs Sauvignon Blanc, a bold Bordeaux-style white, brings texture and tension with racing acidity and oak-driven depth. Moving into red territory, the Gradek Cabernet Sauvignon impresses with cedar, black fig, and fine, powdery tannins—an organically farmed, east-west vineyard that yields mountain fruit of rare maturity. Finally, the Star Springs Cabernet Sauvignon delivers concentration, volcanic intensity, and age-worthy structure—grown at elevation above the fog line, where every vintage is hard-won and wholly memorable.
